Meet Desk Services

Who we are

In almost 40 years, Desk Services has grown from one perfectionist pioneering the very first campaigns into the market leader in the Benelux, with strong growth across Europe.

That growth is down to a strong team of people with very different areas of expertise but the same practical, hands-on mentality. And the ambition to keep organising our services more smartly.

Meet Desk Services

The team

We're a close-knit team drawn from very different fields. With project managers, data specialists, customer service and experts in finance, IT and AI, we get a great deal done for a wide range of great brands.

Together we make sure registrations run smoothly, check that everything adds up, and handle payments and shipments. We answer customer questions and act as a dedicated point of contact for our clients.

Personally committed. Professionally organised.

Past and future

Desk Services was founded in Noorbeek in 1987 by Ruud Kreuwels, in his living room, which soon filled up with machines and packaging materials. Via premises in Margraten, Desk Services grew into its current office in Maastricht.

In 2024 Gert Wildvank took over the company, having been involved with it for years through his own organisation. That marked the start of a new chapter, one that has led to rapid growth in both the Benelux and across Europe. Faster and more scalable, thanks to people who scale up ever faster with AI and automation.

Jobs & internships

Come and help deliver national and international promotions, registrations and other campaigns. We handle the promotions, the payments and customer care for consumers, on behalf of many well-known brands that trust us and rely on us.

You'll get plenty of responsibility and work in a team spanning all kinds of disciplines. Take the space you need and see for yourself how your work makes a daily difference to the results. It's no coincidence that Desk Services is made up of experienced professionals, enthusiastic starters and students looking to gain plenty of hands-on experience during their internship.
